AYBL would like to congratulate all the teams for a wonderful weekend of basketball at the Northern Maine Community College in Presque Isle.  A special thanks to Gary Nadeau and Lori Googins (NMCC) for all their hard work in putting together this great event.

The Girls Championship game featured the pesky Wildcats of Presque Isle vs. the Lady Shiretowners of Houlton.  The Shiretowners emerged victorious with a 37-14 victory.  Great job Marty to you and your girls.

The Boys Championship featured an All-Caribou matchup as the Caribou East team took on its counterparts of the West.  In the end,  the fatigue showed on the court as the East managed to sneak by with a score of just 14-12.  Caribou can look forward to a bright future from this age group in the coming years.  Congrats to EJ, Shawn and their East squad.

These days are long but well worth it.  Thanks again to all who volunteered or participated.  Its a group effort and not unnoticed.
