Dicks Sporting Goods of Bangor has recently donated 20 Coaches Kits to the Aroostook Youth Basketball League.  Each kit contained 1 oversized sport bag, 2 NCAA Limited Edition basketballs, 1 scorebook, 1 clipboard/playboard, 1 whistle, and 6 pinnies.  This donation was worth over $2,000 and the staff and coaches at AYBL really appreciate Dick's Sporting Goods' support!  The upper management at Dick’s look highly upon us volunteers and what they are doing for our area kids.  Dick’s is really interested in Community Youth Sports Programs and wished that there were more individuals volunteering time and offering quality programs like the AYBL.  They also said that they "Tip their hats" to us and hope AYBL can keep it going as long as we can.  They insured us that they will support the Aroostook Youth Basketball League as long as need be!
